I'm just wana cherp in with devils not allocating wis, the reason for this is because they cant aford to lose 50 str/con for wis and then have someone turn up to gvw with max str/con, they wont be able to compete (wotw is 1 hour a week where as pvp happens all week long)

The only way this would be possible is with multiple chars, one stats for pvp and one stats for rvr (not everyone has multiple caped chars)

(Unless the stat caps get lowered again to force more points to wis, tho our str is already close to that of humans)

The new upgrade will help, but the drop rate isn't high enough to get the ammount needed atm, will take weeks/months, maybe isylver could set dsoma events up to help bring in these new upgrades

As for the dmg devils do to humans, our stats aint that far apart now (other than dex) , major difference is our weapon dmg and the effect from skill bonus, to me I dont see this as a issue, as you say we dont relize how much dmg we do to humans, I dont think humans relize how much magic dmg they do to devils, persnaly I dont have a issue with this, my major argument is its melee (apart from bow) vs human magic that has range, and its hard to melee range chars

I understand the melee humans dont stand a chance vs devils and that's where the split % was ment to come into play, by leaving devils magic def at 100% (maybe reducing human magic att %) they could lower devils dmg and def, so the less dmg a devil would take from magic would be counted by the more melee dmg from human melee chars

What has happened to the split % ?

Respect scroll for every wotw would work, or two seperate stats we configure, one for rvr one for normal pvp/pve, as Jah says.

or increase the points per lvl. which they have said could be done as its done this way so it can easily be tweaked

INT does nothing for a melee dev except give you more MP, as a knuckler is about 95-100 at level 100, if I gave up str from 205 str again at lvl 100 id need to give up say 50 str for wis so thats 150-155str and give up dex so that lowers my dex to about 130-135 dex, ok fine ill have 200 wis but I wont have enough str to kill any humans fast enough before I die myself.

Indeed, the question then is what do we do about archer wis, as they end up with the highest wis current, increasing this anymore would probly make them unkillable to a human

Should archers get less stats ? so that class's that have to get up close to humans get more magic def ?

Lowering spear str/con anymore to that of archer would make spear/axe pointless, even currently, dex gives bow/knuckle so much more survivabilty than con does for spear

I’m all for making respec scrolls easier to obtain.

Currently you can get 2 marks a day so perhaps we trial it at 5 marks for respec.

Also - it’s War of the Worlds. 😊

Where this would help but I dont think it's a good idea in the long run, would need 2 respec scrolls each week, not somthing id be wanting to do every week

I think the new magic def upgrade will work, as the melee chars will start upgrading robes and wearing robes for rvr, thus lowering there defense for human melee, melee already hurts archers, so they will think twice about changing to robes, tho they have enought wis for omni robes compaired to melee devs

We just need a influx of the new upgrades, if its possible to add these to Kevlar ect so they are droping from gm events

Can you make a pvp event only respec scroll? Much like the pvp pots? Works only for wotw?

Problem with this is ud have to respec for wotw, and then respec after the wotw has finished to be able to compete at devil guild village

I think the upgrades would work better, once ppl start getting +4/5, the issue currently is that noone will trade as everyone needs, and the drop rate of these isn't enough to have a upgraded diab set, at least not for months yet

As well as the def a devil will loose from swoping to robes, should help human melee

Once devils start getting higher magic def the wotw % should swop back round, lowering devil def once more (hopfuly not to the extent it was before the patch)

Items should always have a risk of breaking. I think the alert about be at higher dura though like 200 then 150 then 100. But maybe make a sound when it does it.
