For those of you that dont tend to check the ideas forums very often i've made a thread which contains a number of ideas I have for improvements, Quality of life changes and i've just added a whole new section on balance ideas.

Please give the thread a read and add comments as you feel fit, i'd like to get a constructive discussion going.

I'm going to try to keep the post up to date as possible as any new ideas come to light, feel free to post you're own or message me and i'll add any ideas I feel could have traction to the list.

You've obviously put a lot of time, effort and thinking into that..which is nice.
Personally i think the only useful thing would be something with the dura of wep/arm..mayb they just auto unequip at 1 dura ..so piece of armour doesnt defend you...weapon doesnt attack..
Loads of suggestions and ideas on various threads. I think we should more effort into congratulating the gm's for recent work , updates and items put into the game.
New upgrade items adding def and md ( assuming you can find any ) ;p New accessories etc.. the scope to personalise our equips with everything available has been massivley increased.
Only problem that seems to be standing out as needing any urgent attention is the rvr balance.
Mayb just give devs 100 md and humans 100 def in rvr situations..or some sliding scale according to level and their stats..summat like that.
Otherwise, Soma seems to be flourishing and we should all welcome that , rather than bombarding the gm'swith little fiddly bits of things we might like to see, or not see. ( i would guess they got future plans all under control)

The point of my thread is not to discredit any work the GMs have put in or suggest they are not doing a good job. To the contrary for something they do in their spare time they are doing a great job.

The aim here is to help the devs, give them more ideas and deep dive into some possibilities and implications of certain changes.

Ultimately it's up to the GMs what ideas if any they like the sound of, what's importants, whats not and what they want to look into further.

This or something similar could work specifically for rvr temporarily but it's just putting a band aid on a symptom rather than fixing the actual problem, 100md/def might work now but what about next cap raise or beyond? this type of quick fix will need constant iteration. I'm only saying this because in my experience fixing symptoms can work as a temporary solution but will sooner or later come back to bite you in the ass and make further development harder.

more work now = less work later ;)

two new haircuts at the hairdresser would be nice..

1. extreme mohican

2. full on Kojak ( bald)

Some visual tittilation rather than mathematical mystification would be a welcome change ;p

I love this idea lol, be nice to get something that isn't game changing and just for the "New feel" a new series of 4-5 haircuts is a good shout if possible

I like this idea, and to add for dsoma being able to give your char horns as well would be great.
