So this was my 6% Eva helm, Thought it was just a bug and nothing - Thought well if i could get that barr it displayed i'd be well in there!
Well it sold my eva helm, luckily because of buy back i didn't lose it! https://imgur.com/a/8rbgs https://imgur.com/M9iUKwg It seems a re-log is needed quite a lot when equipping and unequipping said item.

Client side issue, it will be because of changes made to add Con and Wis requirements (had to change most of the item update packets and also read the data into the client extension, so there is obviously a mistake made somewhere). I just need to find out which item update packet is bugged and fix it.
So the item bugs out when equipping and unequipping?

I just need to find out which item update packet is bugged and fix it. I've had this on an evasion helm too - not sure if that's a coincidence or not. I was stood in town with all my gear on, unequipped everything and helm disappeared there was just a blank spot in my inventory where it should be, the tooltip appeared when I moused over the blank space though.

It seems to be my eva helm that does it, I cant remember if specifically equipping and unequipping ill do some more tests
Although i have noticed when buying mats such as copper etc sometimes when going to warehouse it puts a +5 by it, not sure if this helps you .
