Remove Pot Delay for SS

worried humans wouldn't hurt each other? come now.. lets not be silly

Hall of Honours
Top 3 - All Devil
Top 10 - 3/10 human
Top 20 - 5/20 human

And it's not worth/reasonable to look below that for the simple reason that the drop in POS they actually have tanks.

There continues to be a problem. I think most reasonable people accept that.

And yes, hsoma mages hurt devils too much while dsoma melee hurt hsoma everything too much..

sylv has talked today alot that we are not looking to smack devils any harder via direct nerf. so the only alternative is to bring humans up in some way.

Even at that, the primary suggestion was to raise gear def on NEW drops. Not existing, NEW...

Forgetting that both races got the new upgrades for Def and MD. Imo devils should have got the MD upgrade only

How would this turn out on human pvp?
Wouldnt it make their dmg received by their own race be lower?
Also a bit sceptic that it would turn out in more unbalance (devs to high dmg vs humans to high ma). I think the % wasnt bad last wotw. Both races do more then enough dmg and receive enough.
For ss the problem is attendance. U can count the ppl that turn up on 1 hand. If ppl actualy turn up they would wipe out eachother, but ppl dont go coz of "pk at bosses". Atleast thats the answer we get in world shout when we ask for them to come.

Maybe we have to overhaul ss coz the only benifit is pos wich only 3 ppl will gain. The bosses we get is a v gd thing. What else can you think off to improve ss?

This. You have to be strong enough to get on the stone. You have to last hit to get loot. there's enough RNG, which is why id rather just craft or level

I think you are forgetting typhin that the game is balance so that devils can fight in lower numbers the same as humans are built to fight in larger numbers due to the volume of players, you cannot expect to fight a devil 1v1 its just not and never will be possible, and lets be honest it never should be as it will destroy the game.

Devils cannot be nerfed anymore then we already have as our mobs have more stats then on human side, the respect system is flawed, as a knuckler I can only do 2 dailies quests a day, tarkhili knights and magsm I cannot hunt mags that easily, I need to switch out weps and whilst im doing this I get attacked by whelps, my MD is so low I have to get right next to the mags in the first place.

That means It takes 12 days to earn enough marks to respec for 1 event.

im not forgetting, it has never been made clear

its been the assumptions of the player base

this is the statement i would like a gm to make. so we are all on the same page

once this position is clear, expectations of those involved can be lowered. and i can be sure not to attend things with an expectation of contributing on my own.

Why do people keep forgetting that hsoma/dsoma stats and gear are still based on an old system where the dsoma user count was always lower, and it still is to this day, humans just don't turn up to wow/ss because they scared of the dmg, when they have numbers.

Was att and def % ever split ?

Could do with a % thats based on the ammount of players for each race

Cos humans can win with devils on the same %, when they have higher numbers, tho currently this isnt the case, its been about even numbers for the past few weeks (wotw)

Nerfing devils? please don't be silly.

The problem is melee humans not hurting as much as they ideally want/having said that MR CHINA007 does a stupid amount of damage to devils.

For SS only...

1) Increase the offensive dex for humans so their melee don't miss as much
2) Increase their STR so they can do more damage and defense better

Also during SS we should increase the incentive for players to attend, personally when I saw humans turn up in numbers we have always gotten pwned.

Increasing defense for humans will mean they can tank each other even more / making people opt in for mages more.

pk off for 30 min period after ss would mean every1 *should* go so they they can attend w/e boss spawns after
