Repeatable Quests

Trolls - 1200 kills Tablet of lesser Evil
Wraith - 1500 kills Tablet of lesser evil
Warmess - 3000 kills Frog
Warban - 3000 kills Large liver
Palus - 3000 kills herb
moss bear - 5000 kills Devils blood
Pan bear - 5000 kills Angels tears
Cyclone shanis - 8000 kills Egg pile
Hoarde shanis - 8000 kills Egg pile
Beast lord guardian - 10000 kills a choice of Tow, DT, RDT

I know the numbers are high and the rewards aren't all that but if you look at the mobs i chose they are a typical levelling route and this would act as a supplemental income, rather than reap rewards for mowing mobs down.
Ofcourse this is only melee but a similar thing could be done with int route.


Only thing id say is to lower the frog/herb/'ll kills, seen as u can get at/db which extract to 4 herbs/'ll for only 2000 more kills

Yes maybe make them 2000, I do believe moss/pan should be slightly more rewarding than palus,mess,ban though being an aggressive mob.

I've got to be honest, when i came across Trill's post i wondered if i was playing another server.

In my opinion those figures are way too high for the rewards for things like Tole and large liver etc i would personally think 750 is reasonable

i'd say trill's way off on rewards.

2000-3000 of any mob is enough to earn a tablet
(maybe slightly more for hoarde as they are easier to farm)

2000 blg would still take me a good week of hunting to achieve, i know others could probably hit in a long day of farming, but in comparison i know people who would get like 4-5 tabs a day at Mags. So i dont believe getting 1 per 3k mob kills would be bad it would just give lower levels the opportunity to get items end game players have in abundance.

Would say

100 kills per small / 400 per 4 small extractors
2k per tab on blg, 2500 on weaker mobs such as palus or typically 75 def dex mobs.
700 per egg pile
1k per med ruby
500 mags per tab/rare tag wep
300 mags for rare tag bitter bone piece

4k boars per rare tag top wep
1k boars per tab
500 boars per rare bitter bone piece
250 per generic vial
700 per burning/hellish/pod (you would combine these so you pick a reward to avoid stacking)
2k per plate

500 cyclone per rare hero ring
1500 hoarde per nahwans blood

1k per lore/mac/virt
700 valks per ct
250 valks per small gem exc. dia
500 valks per dia
2k per occ emb

500 nightmare per rare tag nm piece
500 lich lords for one set of 500 mats from ghouls, golem eyes/pieces, tashes.
500 bone golem, skele/war for 500 skele jewels
500 swamp beast for 100 sb gems
500 stige for 500 stige metals
500 molten whelps for one set of 500 whelp mats

500 leiver beast for rare tag wep
250 drazil for rare tag bone piece

1k palus/df/xeno/wb per dia

1k moss/pan per ct
300 per rare tag magic earring

also like to suggest

4k boars per titus piece exc. top
4k valks titus top (with a special change here allowing the choice to pick blue, black, white MA)

Many more items that are desirable across all level ranges of mobs but this is the sort of rates you want so everyone can benefit.

Like these ideas to be fair though even though I like that number myself people will say that's far too low of a number if repeatable... maybe add 500/1k to each number and it be more reasonable imo apart from the suggestions that are already 2k+ kills

^ ill be honest the numbers are realistic to me solely based on the drop rate and average kills for the items themselves. If you increased some of them then they would be on par with the tab reqs which doesnt equate timewise. Truth is you would need 3k blg for a 1 keen try which could fail at the pot table even if we outright ignored mares which is costly to your typical 80-110 dex still lvling player its alot of time.

The one thing we need to avoid is balancing around what the best players can do as you ultimately fall into the trap most games do where casuals dont make any progress and we need everyone progressing in some form especially with our smaller community.

Also bear in mind you would need to run to town to reset these quests and most endgame players are not going to back every 100 kills etc for a small as youll prob lose 40-50 kills worth of time which could yield items you actually want so the lower ones are for players who essentially get happy when a frog etc drops.

I would said that it is better to keep numbers for gms, there is already repeatable quest for large weapon cache or armour on d soma, and the number is not that crazy tbh.
