I was for this change at first, but I'd have to see everyone making a second account just to get the bonus.
It's only viable if we can add a lvl range, ie if you're lvl 50 it only counts if there's a lvl 40+ with you. |

I would prefer to see boosted exp from a party and would implement this on a level basis.
My favourite part of hunting is with other people, however the rate at which a lot of mobs die means that it is more often than not more efficient to hunt solo, With people having limited time available especially myself I prefer efficiency over group hunting. A little extra exp to make up for not always having a mob to move onto would greatly encourage this.

It'd be a much better idea to work it off how much charisma you have, it'd encourage hunting in parties and changing leaders etc. Charisma is such a wasted stat that could be used in so many ways

It should be done with a primary stat, not a level range.
For example, if someone is ~30 int higher than me, but we are the same str. He would be higher than 10 levels but we would be hunting same melee mobs. |

Stats shouldn't come into it nor levels.
Player A level 20 shouldn't be able to gain stats for just being in a party with player B level 80, It should be like rested, if in a party all members gain stats at the rate of rested or even lower. |
