Is slow supposed to be curable? I cannot cure slow but humans can. there is 2 many lag spots where things should be all around the flags that stop you getting close to pick up the flag or defend the flag.
The 2% extra devs gets for having less numbers doesn't work as we still die in 3 hits but cant kill anyone as they have more numbers.
The auras don't work within the ranges most of the time. as I cant hit people range 1 but others can at range 4.
Oh and Grath the werewolf has been approaching and spawning all morning without appearing.

No shouldn't be able to and its an aura not magic so using serums wouldn't work anyway. It might be one of the other event auras that causes it to be cancelled when using.

Could try hit rate change instead or boost the damage for side with lower numbers or reduce damage for side with higher numbers.

Odd that there is a problem with this not sure what to do about it. The attack range for character should be range 2 though but I think that is still broken unless using a weapon like spear or bow which has a higher range on client side.

We have lost this war because of this -

Didn't capture Gandalf 's multiple cures when he was slowed down but I slowed papa at 1:13 of this video 9second later with what I believe Gandalf's instruction he has escaped it... while hollow is still slow'd from before.

I don't know what the problem is with Slow somehow being removed and wouldn't be able to fix without a server reboot most likely anyway.

I could modify the damage or change to hit rate but it will have to wait until the next CTF.

Yeah will look into it. Its not being cured though because the Slow aura is using Speed aura effect it is not the Slow magic effect (though it uses the same sprite for effect on client side).

yea axe etc is range 1 when attacking.

Fixed this and also fixed a mistake in damage calc (was applyign the damage reduction to health value that was already reduced by 60% causing much lower damage numbers than intended).

changing wep takes the aura slow off

When making the new map i would suggest making it smaller for more action or making bottle necks.

passing the flag didn't seam to work for me

pos for capturing a flag or returning it seams like a good idea and divided between everyone that is on the map at the end.

pos for each kill again divided at the end may encourage more people to come.

bonus pos for the person with highest flag captures/ kills/ flag returns would encourage more competition

what about adding speed pots that spawn on the floor in the most bottleneck places that lasts for say 5 secs

But even though all these adjustments it is the only RVR i have enjoyed

Lol, also using invuln aura removes slow aura instantly as well. Both methods not intended I will get it fixed somehow though not sure about how to fix invuln removing it because only a single aura effect of passive or aggressive type can be used at same time and both Invuln and Speed are currently passive. I might have to just force the CTF slow target event aura to be aggressive which would work (this actually also fixes the issue where it can be removed when weapon is taken off).

Edit: Forcing Slow target event aura to be aggressive didn't fix it being removed when taking weapon off because the server removes all auras when switching weapon. The only reason that paralyze and concussion doesn't get removed is that it prevents switching of weapon when those are active. So I need to sort out weapon switching to only remove passive aura effects.

Just a heads up also dunno if is related to the event but Grath the werewolf has been s[pawning all day but never actually appearing.

Could you not make it a spell and remove the ability to use the serums during CTF ?

well pots are stopped using when flag picked up surely could just add serums to the non use list
