It's purely down to the low level of the items.
What we will do is attempt to put a solution which says on attack/defense/ma/md the minimum it can add is 1-1 for hardened,rare,epic but for intense the minimum it adds is 2-2. We can then trial that and see how it works out.

Nice sounds good, lordcoos has been hunting specifically for silver bows will be nice to not here him go mad when he cant get over standard stats on them haha.

lol ye luck to get an intense ;), think most of us are worried that when we do get to hunt lbs (personally one of my most enjoyable points) we are going to get swords/spears/bows with 1.2k dura as nothing any of us have found yet seems to resemble the stats that they could once get to. E.g apus bow with 6k dura - mooon-m 4k dura,
Also on the speed front has any1 yet to find a speed B sword or D spear or C axe/bow? just out of curiosity as far as im aware no one in EQ has found one.

I have seen a crafted intense b speed dagger, not dropped I know but a good indicator.

I thought the new tags was a nice touch initially but I have to agree that the old system for getting random stats on weapons was more rewarding and fun. Saying that it's purely down to the low level of the items seems like a bit of a band aid response, the 'of Destruction' tier of weapons shouldn't be considered low.
