Introduction of new weapon tier

CANISTER	First of all I want to send my gratitude to Isylver, Ghostlord, and Finito for the hard works on improving this game. DEVASTATION	I think a good addition would be Spell/Cast type Weps with 5-10 dura and once equipped must be used and no more than one use every 24 hours. For example a single weapon name with different tags; Heavy Sword [Red] which has 5 dura and poisons on impact and the [White] version casts slow, [Blue] is weaken, etc Would spice things up a bit, epsecially for DSoma! CANISTER	If that's the case, how about new lvl cap raise before summer? Most people on hsoma quit on playing atm cause they got nothing more to do.
