I know of many people who respec'd their chars, through bought or quest, to change their chars at cap to better fit their pvp requirements
Can we have a level 110 quest for a free respec to allow next level raise? The same as the current lvl 11 one but at 110 it stops it being an easy win for players below and more suits those that need it
