There isn't any "neutral" guilds in DSoma.
If you join one you already inherit their problem. If that doesn't phase you then Outlawz will be good for you - currently it is quiet but we are kick starting it again - and when you hit 90+ you can join team Mutiny. |

Dying lite is neutral, there's possibly alts from both big guilds in here but dying lite will be neutral as much as possible
Guilds currently full but il make space for you, tho I'm currently working away atm and networks crap |
