Met some great new folk again on this game. Not just thanks for a great event but doing what so many have tried and failed......keeping Soma alive.

For alot of us this game brings back some outstanding memories and is still making them 20 years on and it's always fantastic to reminisce about the old days when you make new friendships.

Thanks gms.

ZYberia, I hear you on the rested pots comment. I went through100% rested and over70 large exp pots. I thought that would have done but really should have bought more lol.

That event must have been awesome for generating a little revenue for the game. We should have more as it seems everyone thought it was great and gives more people the oppertunity to get involved in end of game events etc.

Let us not forget the huge magnitude of difficulties obviously faced by the GMs on a continual basis.

Recognition, credit and thanks is due not just for a weekend of x2 rates but for the allegiance and dedication they show to preserving the game for our enjoyment, entertainment and “fix”.

Let us not forget that programming support was withdrawn many years ago. Despite this, Finito has not only resolved the (unresolvable) level 100 cap but has brought us (and continues to bring us) new content. Furthermore, we (the players) whinge about various content issues on a habitual basis and Finito brings us fixes and changes. I cannot think of any other MMorpgs with that level of support.

A massive thank you to Finito.

Let us also not forget the continuous hard work put in by iSylver too. As well as programming with Finito he spends time adding more quests (an extra 30+ for the new patch?), running the donation store, coming in game to provide us with events and, not least, sorting out a myriad PMs, complaints and forum problems as well as the host of other work he engages in.

A massive than you to iSylver.

A productive way to thank the GMs would be to help them (helping them helps us too). We should think about recommending the game to our friends, our friends friends and the friends of our friends friends. We should think about marketing (in recent times; Discord, Facebook and Steam). We should think about evolving the donation store (more goodies for us, more money for the game = more players playing and elevated enthusiasm for the GMs).

We all play the game because we enjoy it – that is, at least, one trait we all share. Let’s all help everyone to enjoy the experience (GMs and players) so we all benefit. Let us find ways to move the game forward by trying new things – CTF and Fox’s events are two easy examples.

Thank you !
