Must say.. i thought at 200 str.... trolls would be giving improved , less % for stats tbh....... maybe intended for some reason we dont know yet ;o

Or just mayb.. boars stop givin stats at 203 str...and 200-203 was an ez life bonus to be enjoyed x

I get str roughly 2.6-7% with axe post 200 need to retime tonight but by my calculations that leaves almost little to no spare capacity based on there being no slows if cap is 238 str..

what percent were they getting str?

I think currently trolls are just either a bit too tough to kill or provide a bit too low xp to be in line with other mobs. I have no problems about them being slower and tougher than boars but it's a huge contrast right now that takes away a lot of the fun and would make it very tough on players who can't spend a lot of time in-game at once and benefit the hardcore.

For reference % at boar takes 6 minutes at 112 (<200 str), % at troll takes 16-17 minutes. I think it that was reduced to ~10 mins that would still represent nearly 2x slow but be much more fun to level on.

lol i have 99% eva on boars so i geuss back to boars i go :) its GG all the way to lvl 120 with 0 srs and no worrys :).

If the difference is so big then I think it reasonable to make it a bit more reasonable.

This is good, means if people go for a cap, they sacrifice the other main stats, very good imo, no more both capped stats chars.

My only concern, which is rvr based, is that doing the maths, a “pure bow” char will only reach about 180ish dex with very low str in comparison (which is their choice how they want to build their charector). Now my concern is what are devil archers dex now capped at?

Will a human actually be able to hit one with melee? I only ask this as a majority of Dsoma chars are either archers or mages, at least from what I see at WotW with a handful of sword users

On the flip side, new top gear bow demands super high wis. Possibly an attempt to control how much str archers put in their characters....

Some clever decisions being put out there I think.

I literally at this point don’t care about there str/attack power. Moreso will I actually be able to hit them, or am I better investing my time levelling my mage and just using alexisonfire for srs
