Edit: Noticed that with the two new proc items I have (even thorn with thornified 0%) when you open warehouse and hover them there seems to be a string interpolation issue so the proc percentage shows as %d%%.

its 4-9 unupped. first Keen made it 6-9 but should have made it 6-11,


second keen worked fine and added 2-2

It reflects the attack in some form we think
We tested it in arena and that is what we understood from it, though it was only tested with a magic attack
