Item exchange - Devil Soma

I think most (hopefully) agree that the whole items for items thing in Devil Soma is a nice difference to Hsoma.

But it is an annoyance that the NPC for trading the special gems is so far from the weapon smith / armor smith / magician. If Pande was open, it would be nicer obviously.

To the point you need to write down what you need to trade for (again, is that just me?).

Can you move the gem trader to the middle of town to make this a lot easier - or allow the NPCS to take the correct number of special gems rather than converting them?

But once you're past the early levels gems and trading items become void anyway so it doesnt affect most of your gameplay

Was one of the reasons I loved dsoma, untill server rates increase and made it to fast for the amount of mats needed

Tho now it's almost not needed as all the armors/weaps u need are quest given

(Other than mage stuff)

That's the thing Jaheira isn't it. I think the gem trader should at least be moved into the middle of town. At the moment... you have to run maybe the length of TYT twice or three times just to get what you want from the weapon smith - or further if you want to learn spells / auras

Not helped by the town design at the mo.

Keeping Devil Soma different to Human Soma, should remain though :)
