We need to, even back n Esoma it should have happened, and encourage 2 handed axe and swords to be used more, make them actually viable to hunt with - not talking about end game weapons where e.g in HSoma its kind of forced on you with BSB as no 1H tier comparison.

Particularly for Devil Soma who are locked into their classes but this idea is for both worlds. And I don't include Spear, Bow or knuckle in this.

Axe and sword should have a DPS boost to make them viable to hunt with in mind they are 10% slower, have no shield capability.

Two handed axes should always - always have a lower minimum damage attack to its one handed counter part but probably a good 25~35% max attack betterment on its same tag 1 handed version - to balance the the 10% (approx.) slower speed it is versus 1 handed.

This would make axe in line with its "heavy hitting - when it hits" and make it viable to use in both worlds.

Two handed sword should maintain the same min attack to its one hander of the same tier and tag but have a max attack increase of some 20~25%. Balancing the 10% slow down to its 1 handed version and lack of shield.

This would make sword in keeping with its 'balanced nature' but teeter the 2 handers into 'off balance' to account for the above.

Again, think it would make them more viable to use.

No weapon should make you level slower and we're all about variety, right? :)
