Devil Soma - 2nd Town

I really think Devil Soma is missing a trick with not having a second town and granted the user account maybe doesn't warrant it but making a decision based on that means we shouldn't make any changes to the game 'because it wont be worth it'. I think its worth while and adds variety to a world that has a far greater at the moment.

Again I don't think Devil Soma was ever developed to the level it was intended and it was released for WoTW 'as is'.

Devil Castle really isn't properly used for what it could be for and the magic NPCs should be moved to this new town and the castle used for something fun / different. Maybe even put in a boss that's behind some heavy, ludracrous spawns that has to be killed in 20 minutes or something.

Call the town "Cutthroat Hill" or 'Hwan Town' or something, locate it left middle of HWAN, on the hills not far from Cyclopes etc.

Make it have only one guard (by the warehouse) but the shop and other NPCS don't have guards. Have a town crier in the town repeatedly saying there are limited guards so newbies don't get caught out. Use the tents in Abias, use the stone work from Abias town for make shift walls. Have two entrances, north and south. Have a warehouse and put in a gambling hall (Use a tent, since no Devil Soma buildings have a inside :p). Put in the rock, paper scissors game and a NPC to warp out. Re-use the mage building in Pand here if its not out of place (:S) and move the castle magic NPCS here. Remove warp npcs to Hwan Castle.

Then you can create other fun npcs that are usable in both worlds and you'll be given another place for devils to meet.
