1 possible solution for morale, when negative, below devil, make it only regainable via realtime.
E.g. to get to 50>>49 (thatd devil to wicked right) it takes 72 real hours, and for each morale point it increases by 24 hours. |

I wouldn't use Plum to mock up an average of a soma player. He is most likely 10 levels ahead of anyone else and may well have been 24/7 to get that morale back.
Equally he could have been on for 1 hour the whole time and just got blind drunk on heaven water. Most people accept morale is fairly quick, but to just use one example that's not the norm doesn't reflect it. Coos and Quimm are still very much devil for example.
