Words fail me.
7 hard levs at trolls... with combo's and a quest..had 5-6 epic xbows. Best was at +3 b4 it broke... others at +0 or +1 With hi craft skill, maybe its time to change success rates linked to crafting skill? There's a guy now with 150 + skill and hes offering 60+ eps, 7 large rubies and the kitchen sink for a decent bwa and stinger. Now if a guy spent all that time crafting, and he feels more confident to buy one with all his items than make one.... this cant be right? ( and also failed plenty of stingers with similar success rates b4 the rng argument is brought out ty )

Back in esoma we were told every 10 skill after 100 gave a slight increase in success, then we found out that wasn't the case in the end. I have read a post on here by ghostlord indicating that there was thoughts about changing the way the upgrades worked by linking it in some way with a crafters skill and remove the rng way, it would give a slightly better success but not much, any change would be better than the system we have that's just a coin toss way of win or lose.
At times the anvil does make you think, what's the fecking point in going on :(

indeed
a slight increase in anvil success and other little perks to help all players would make donations more forthcoming than a slow down in rested rates imo. Not havin a pop.. jus my opinion

Or just a seriously hefty increase in success rates for hittin 200, pay off for so many hours spent, could also mean you guys that have put it in can make a profit by charging for the upgrade, maybe combine it with a sr style window that was spoken of

Or more xbow drops
We had 2 bows from troll in a combined 6 levels. If you do the math its like 100 bows on average to make a +8 Which is fine with stingers when u can get 2/3 a day at mags easy but for new weps forget it as no1 is doing nega And for xbow the drop rate is so low its hard to see it happening anytime soon Wud be nice if shak wep drops were upped and even untag and hard tag new level weps dropped at new mobs at a very very low rate This patch was revved up for new weps and it seems talking to peopleyin game its not really happening yet This is just my opinion and everyone is allowed to express there opinion i would like to add

We've all suffered, some big, some small at the hands of the anvil.
And I think the game would be a lot more attractive if - Upgrades were doubly likely of success to current. If max upgrades were changed to +25 for weapons and +15 for armour If the effect of an upgrade was a lot more subtle to account for the above. If you was able to apply multiple types of upgrades to weapons and armour Drops in general, even high end items would then be allowed lot more prevalent. Would allow crafters a gradual but somewhat noticeable upgrade % based on skill increase which a max of +5 or +8 doesn't allow much scope to test out and verify that increase. But some would say its too late in the game and likely not worth the effort. In the end it would add a tremendous amount of variety, drops, and make +25 items like gold dust but also allow diversity in weapons even if you had one, no two would be the same, especially if you were able to add magic attributes to weapon damage instead of just melee damage.

Nothing need to be Change. When you Will Change it every1 Will be running in +8 shit and cba in few weeks and wont log ever... Its Hard for a reason.... Koreans are Hard.

I know it’s your opinion matty/Tom but this is about anvil not about your drop rates.
I do agree how ever some buff to those who have crafted for long long hours for upgrades would be nice. Not just for everyone. 0 skill upgrades should remain as they are also

Today i tryed anvil again had 2 epic and 2 rare stingers.i thought i start with failers 1st.
Ok 2 failers so tryed 1st stinger ok bang gone then tryed another also gone.then relogged needed toe, so i thought i go for it had 2 fail on stinger and some with using failers, yes bow 1 then took the other bow and snap gone so 3 bows gone and 1 left on +1.So took the bow and tryed yes +2.then used Bwa and snapped so put bow in and also gone.So after a few attempts 4 bows gone and 1 Bwa..I wonder how we can make 4 or 5 atm. I think you can better give the anvil some food because he eatting all we try 2 upgrade.
