I never shamed you nite, I merely pointed out the boss is just over a month old and your requesting it be made weaker yet Isylver did state humans aren't strong enough yet, which to me would indicate them 10 extra levels might make a difference and to be a little more patient but thanks for naming only me out of all the people that didn't agree with your request of dumbing down the top boss after only 4-5 weeks of being in game.

Cant humans gain an extra 35 str?
If they currently do min damage and that extra 35 is all extras that time to kill will drop pretty fast From dsoma side what i have seen i think magic does barely any damage compared to mellee maybe same could be said for hsoma?

38 extra str, new troll rings will go 13-18 compared to 13(14 for intense hero) att hero ring, OTM’s are now 15-21 for an epic compared to 15-11. Att ears were 11 att compared with a wbs at 12-18. Also there is more attack to be had ontop of all that through only upgrading intense versions.
All that taken into account you gain an extra 60 (ish with the min and max att differences) 60 attack is a huge boost. Granted all this will take time to make / trade for but it’s still completely possibly. Also mages don’t get overlooked here either, their warp necks and valk studs now go much higher too. I think the main issue with the whole thing is that we don’t have the numbers, we don’t have the information about the crystals, and a lot of people don’t have patience.

Unless you capped str with high Dex and picked up axe at 111 I don't see the 235 being reached imo.

238 is the new str cap so I’m told? Any way whatever it is will still bring in a big attack boost.
You don’t always need to hit it 100% but if you have an attacking aura like all weaps do apart from axe you’ll atleast be hitting harder than you are at 111 all the way to 120. I know it’s frustrating not to be able to take part in a new aspect of the game but when you first started out you couldn’t kill IP etc. It’s all about levelling. The problem we’ve got is so many of us have sat at 100 then 110 for so long without having a new challenge and now we do have one, we’re not used to it and don’t like it. I personally have no issue with this new boss, I’ve been twice on dsoma and twice on hsoma. I got the drop on 0 occasion but being probably the weakest player there each time I didn’t mind nor did I expect it.

I think it's just the drops need to be looked at. People don't want to be there an hour + Just to get a rare bsb. I like lupis idea in another thread. Maybe the boss should drop something may be like presents or negamare souls. Like maybe 20 negamare souls scattered around the room. And the odd demon drops them too. Maybe collect about 50 for a weapon cache of a new wep between rare-intense. That way even the lower levels can attend and it makes it so pretty much everyone will get something.

more feedback for negamare the recent nerfs do make it easier but we are still struggling due to the amount of adds what spawn. basically we are spending 95% of the time killing adds or crystals and within 5 secs of dpsing the boss he is spawning more adds and changing crystal colours. not to mention the last time he was killed 75% of the people there were not even hitting the boss as it died as they were to busy trying to control the adds and missed out on getting last hit and the chance for the main drop maybe a an adjustment to the amount of adds what spawn or how often he spawns them could make people attend more regular. x

I personally want to see a change to the drop system
some boss's become solo able, which is fine(or a couple of ppl), but then theres boss's that's ment for a lot of ppl to kill it, and the same drop system for both dosnt work imo it only takes for a couple of attempts at a boss that takes 30+ mins to kill and not get any reward(or even much chance of the reward) for ppl to not bother the next time, as its just a waste of time personally would like to see boss's put into a bracket of what there ment for, mini boss(solo), boss(2+ players), world boss (10+ players) ect and the drop system to reflect the amount of players attending

So we're just going to forget the first time Shak came out and it took both HSoma and DSoma to come together to defeat it in like 1-2 hours?
This is the same thing; although I agree, shak weapons should be restricted to Shak himself, and the new weapons should be at least a 80% confirmed drop to keep the market going...

I like that idea Jaheira, would be a better way of managing them.
E.g I just never bothered with Gorshak on Foxtrck, it was not just a difficult boss but a boss you had to accept death, blind and zombie. Hence it being the 'then' end game boss and for lots of players, the minions was a reward for other people. Just like how the minions at Negamare reward others.
