Hi all
I'm currently level 30 and can't seem to find the celadon quest in my log. I thought by this level I would of had it, I've been to the npc that's supposed to start the quest and not got it. Could someone tell me what the level requirement for this quest is or is it bugged?

Can't remember what quest it is but perhaps it's a chain quest, any you need to complete another to unlock it
