I was thinking purely for cosmetic purposes, would a ‘Rename pill’ be a possibility?

With the different ways people upgrade weapons and sell them on, would it be possible to have an upgrade item, that with 100% success can be upgraded on to an item that the instantly gives you the ability to rename any item..

Thoughts?
