Easily.

You just go to the most recently added item in the Armoury, and +1 to the number in the URL Bar -- that'll take you to the newest item added, and just keep +1'ing to find them all, until it takes you back to the main page of the Armoury. (When it does that, you've gone too far, and there are no new items beyond that number.)
