A devil running around in robes which have MD as well as another stat would be crazy. They are already overpowered to the extent it takes about 5 weeks of devils winning WoW for most humans to even bother turning up.

My opinion: Dsoma should have been implemented once hsoma had been open for a while, as it was in esoma, because devils level so much faster, and their items are so much more powerful. To start them at the same time with things kept the same (i.e devils still levelling faster) was a mistake, and to now give upgrades...almost at a point of no return.

Admit to yourself you're talking nonsense here - Humans do not win, because Humans do not attend.

There have been many times where you absolutely smash us when you win, but when you come to defend the following war (despite the % being exactly the same) you get annihilated because of failure to participate.

Really that simple.

The % is not going to be set to 100% for the foreseeable future so stop talking about how "OP" Devils are on 100%.

As it stands, on 60% - The top-end Humans do massively more damage to the top-end Devils than they take in return (predominantly with INT, but also with Melee (when they hit)).
As it stands, on 60% - Magic, in all forms, is far superior on Hsoma than it is on Dsoma.

Let's not exaggerate here, all humans with Golden Thunder Rod / Shironim wand are certainly not Humans to be ignored.

+100hp pots and the obscene DEX that Archers on Dsoma have keep this archaic skeleton argument about Devils still being OP (while on 60%) alive.

Devil leveling speed was cut by 30% - the enormous gap that was on Esoma simply doesn't exist here.

If you check the database for experience values on a mob by mob basis, you'll find that CONSISTENTLY humans have monsters that grant more experience than devil monsters.

A perfect example are Nightmares, which, considering have almost equal stats to their Devil counterpart, Gargoyle Shaman, have 75% more experience points per monster - resulting in an almost 2x leveling speed for Humans training INT.

Leiver Beasts and Palus have the same (I think more actually) experience points than Evolved Beasts/Altered Beasts.

If melee Devils do level faster than humans, the gap is much tighter now - the advantages are the 'free' special repairs and very high bagweights.

Adding in upgrades to existing magic properties is the only way to allow mages to participate in the 'upgrade game'.
Adding 2% evasion to an archer/knuckler's already broken 200dex is hardly going to even be remotely noticeable to any human trying to hit them anyway.

The problem lies with the individual classes, not the race as a whole.

Judging the by the database in terms of levelling values at least dsoma have it marginally faster due to the attack of the weapons. It's partly why they're not getting a new weapon set in the next update but rather upgrades.

As for stacking upgrades it won't happen purely because it would take months of work. Months that could be better spent.
