I think i saw Finito saying that its due to the cap of gaining int at 100 whilst healing for example, so if you can't gain int using the spell you can't gain skill. Pretty sure he said it can't be changed, But may be wrong.

I thought the old cap used to be 120 healing for int? Didnt it get changed because people were stashing level1 chars all over maps and going afk for like a month lol?

Not sure where you get this info from Mav as far as i know when you reach 100 int you cannot heal for int anymore and this is hardcoded into the game i seem to remember finito saying.

No, you could heal after 100 until finito capped it to 100.

I think it’s mainly wanting to be used while AFK to skill, any other form of skillig requires you to be at your laptop / pc to atleast keep and eye on things.
