ANHEDONIA	Ok so it's Str: > 50 x1.7 Int: > 30 x1.7 If I am hitting something >60 or >80 Will that makes a difference? Another example, Trolls in Merc is > 55 str. Shanis is VOD is> 90 str. As both are >50 will I still gain 1.7? Plug the number you're left with into the conditions flick posted.
