Ive always thought of inverting the armour colours of hero so black with the silver trim? The segments between the armor. A step further is to do it in many colours so people could use dyes to mix and match or be unique ish but dunno how much effort this involves.

Recolouring hero is quite fast tbh, about 3 hours maybe per piece fully recoloured. Trim can be changed to silver, but will slow the process down a bit :P I'll continue working on the weapons and this set and once it's done I can go back and edit the trim and look at doing other colours. The idea of multiple colours and being dye-able is cool.

Yeah atm you can hardly tell the difference between hero 1 and 2, this looks much better imo.

Something like this in a shop like you can for hair would be awesome, at least colours would be more individualised, bored of the red suits in dsoma! :p
