Look at their offensive/ defensive dex E.G
if I had 20 dex and they had 100dex. I would have 20% acc and eva on them ( because it's capped at that) however if I wore 15% acc ontop id have 35% acc (wether they were 100 or 1000dex)

If I had 50 dex and they had 50 dex. I would have 50% acc and eva.
If I had 1000 dex and they had 50 dex I would have 80% eva and accuracy ( your dex caps at 30 under and 30 above) the rest is accuracy/eva
So unless you have a decent eva set. You need 30 dex above And 20% eva and accuracy (dex can be from items too)

Hawkmoon isn't entirely correct, as the amount of DEX needed to count as "1% eva/acc" changes as the difference in DEX gets larger.

Just make a copy of it so you don't edit the same one as everyone else. This calculator is was made using information Finito fed the community and I can confirm it is 100% accurate in-game.

Is 80% max from dex true? i thought having 49 dex over the target would ensure 99% hit rate. Clarify if thats pvp only and not pve.

its fully accurate ;)

you cant have 99% accuracy without accuracy parts as the minimum eva/acc applies to monsters too

PvE accuracy uses a different formula, I think, as you can achieve 99% hit rate with no accuracy parts pretty easily.
PvE evasion is correct when using the calculator, though.
