Thoughts on leveling speeds

sorry for spamming all these ideas recently.

I was thinking about how we can create different builds without it taking so damn long.

WoW do / did a great thing to stop the boredom of recreating new chars

When a new expansion came out they doubled or increased the leveling for the previous levels up until that expansion.

For example:

Lvl 100 > 110 cap is released ~ Lvl 1>100 is doubled and 100~110 is played at the rate of the GMs preference.
Lvl 110 > 120 cap is released ~ Lvl 100>110 is doubled and 110~120 is played at the rate of the GMs preference.

Thoughts?

+1 This would definitely encourage people who got bored of the slog to return, and also people making alts.
