"TIEFER""STETE""NITE" I don't know how time works in your delusional dimension but for me it takes me less than 10 mins to run all crystals per Soma day (every 4 hours), with 2-3 people it takes less than 5 minutes do spawn all crystals. How am i trying to have my cake and eat it? This change makes it fair for everyone. If you want to kill negamare you should have to attend the same time as everyone else not turn up after others have put 30 minutes effort in. This was one of the main problems in the past, hardly anybody would start to kill Gorshak as they knew it took 60-90 minutes and it was easy to see when boss was in final form and then all would appear and kill it last 5minutes. (Gorshak would be alive for days at a time as nobody would want to do the first hour just to have every dick turn up 60minutes in) If anything this change makes it harder for me to last hit nega - lower geared people can hit the crystals and have an attack boost and now out damage me. edit: Negamare will eventually go the same way. i've solo spawned it 10+ times. only to see 10-15 people turn up to kill it. Nobody wanted to kill the boss. until someone else put in 30minutes work now all of a sudden 15 people want to kill it, eventually runners will get bored and nega won't be spawned anymore

So It would be fascinating to know who are these crystal runners spending up to 3 hours doing crystals a day when there is only 24 hours in a day which means 6 Soma days, so if a Soma hour is 10 mins that's means you can only be doing crystals for 60 minutes per day. Runners life:
When I realise its T4 I will message a few other team players I know who are willing to spawn nega, to see if there is enough people to help spawn.
Then I finish my hunt and head to town to get pots, run from TyT to the portal in Vod takes 5? Minutes, when there regain stamina for a few 2? minutes (normally get there few mins too early)
Then spend 4-5mins running around devils map activating all crystals.
Then make my way from TyT to Nega entrance, another 3-4 minute run?
Already @ 15-16 minutes now and seeing as it's T6/almost T7, I can't exactly go and hunt for the next 10minutes, so this must go down as waiting time aswell.
Total 25-26 minutes. X this by 6 a day.
Non runners:
Realise its T8 stop hunt, repot, run to negamare entrance = 3-4 minutes, boss is already 20% dead. Easy life

You're capped with mental gear though, the majority of people that turn up without running around for crystals are levelling. Everyone else is hoping for a last hit for the drops and the quest. In comparison, you're laughing. Like I previously said about Gorshak, you should feel lucky you don't need a fuck load of people to actually kill it in a reasonable time. I have no current guild affiliation but it genuinely seems like you're trying to have your own cake and eat it, as others have said.
The more I think about it, the more ridiculous this thread is imo. Although you're from dsoma so maybe you don't understand how it was in the past on hsoma at bosses. Gorshak spawned what, once a week if you owned conti? Nega can be spawned every 4 hours. Get on with it.[/quote]

This thread is pointless with 90% of kills going to the same ppl complaining about a few ppl that barely.ever get anything out of showing up anyway ive helped do crystals anytime im asked just dont get asked often as most dont even know im online but none of that matters cause nothing will be changed as there isnt a issue all the bosses ive shown up to i still havent killed gorshak or nega or mbl so just about the haves complaining about the have nots which makes ppl look petty imo

I’d rather see more people at neg then people using crystal run as a way of getting a neg weapon, we have a lot of ways to obtain a neg weapon via quests.
Having crystals that are clicked give out 50attack pots, it wouldn’t be hard for Fin to make it only useable in Neg room, 5 people with 50attack for 5minutes gives everyone a chance especially the ones without super gear. And I think it would iron out the ones constantly getting it. Solo players or small guilds cannot compete with people who are in larger guilds all of them farming for 1 character...

Not read the last 5 pages but nega has been/should be a team event working together, the kill shot should maybe be a repeatable quest to reward it but the items dropped shouldnt be restricted
Could force team play by only allowing each character to activate 1 crystal each
