EXP Penalty Question

CIROSE	So if you have a penalty, you gain skill based stats such as con at the normal rate but exp based stuff is all really slow? Staff skill, magic skill, weapon skill and con then? What happens at 10% penalty? Everytime you die you lost nothing? Could be good fi you get griefed often. The only advantage from dieing over and over would be to reduce your skill? But ye -10% penalty XP is max. CIROSE	Oh I got really confused but I think I understand now. You can still lose skill at 10%? Lastly, while in the penalty you still gain stats right? Not just skill? GHOSTLORD	It shouldn't take too long. A while ago my lvl 25 nubbin got slaughtered at an event (which was great fun), took me a bit to work off 7.5% but nothing too bad.
