I have been thinking with all these new changes

How many of you would truly still play the game if everything was back to normal rates, all I see is people complaining about leveling speeds, getting pked, how hard it is to get gear

Every aspect of the game someone finds a fault with it, and wants things faster

This game was never built for fast pace

Grinding all night for 0.1-0.2 gain, dropping your best weapon that was 0-1 more attack than the spare you got in wh cause you got pk'd cause you wasn't paying attention or was up for the challenge and returning with some guildies to try and conquer the pker

Having that 1 upgrade in your wh for weeks because your trying to find the best item to put it on

The pure joy of having a spirit powder, angel tear etc drop

Everyone takes advantage that they feel like they should call the shots because they want to cap faster

I have 11 mth old a 8-12 hr a day job would never play if.it was esoma rates lol

I capped sabre with no issues and thought the speed was fine. Started a new char and got to 95 dex and my god I cannot stand horde Shanis. Working 15/16 hour days get an hoirbin the evening and can't even lvl for that time as they are so mind numbing. Will try to get to blg over the weekend then might have a bit more fun. Imo levelling rates were fine 5 months ago just need more variety of mobs and drops

Think they should add a soft cap to 220=300 str/int make it esoma rates. Dex 180-200.

Dr Evil here (it hasn’t been me playing recently - sorry to disappoint VK but you may eventually kill my char, but never me hehe), anyway - I genuinely wouldn’t play unless xp rates were x10 (at least) and drops were x2 min, maybe even x3.

That might sound extreme but to invest the sorta time required to progress on a server with a genuine UC of about 40 absolute max, it’s not literally worth a 10th or the effort it currently is IMO.

Dsoma would also need rebalancing after 3 years of being totally ignored, when it was specifically stated things would be tweaked if needed (I guess timescale wasn’t specified lol).

Making the game more PVP orientated would then be required, you could keep the anvil the same, bring a new armour out to counter these pathetically OP weapon attack range’s and you’d be sorted for me anyway, you might even attract some casual gamer’s - currently all Soma will attract is hardcore nostalgic gamer’s, even most hardcore would hear how the game works and probably not bother logging in ever again.

With 1 hour immunity now in though it seems to be going the opposite way, PVE heaven, PVP hell.
