The second ban will be 30 days the third strike final strike will be permanent for your character. Remark: This is the case for normal offences. The GM's may adjust this period to better fit major crimes. House rules: 1) Don't insult or harass the Gamemasters (iSylver, Finito and Ghostlord) - If you do want to vent some anger please take to your advisor(s) - preferably ask them in advance if it's ok. 2) Town guards are there for a reason. Do not pk in town areas. 3) Don't train without being at your computer 4) Don't harass other players, this entails; - Stopping someone from hunting through; grieffing, debuffing (slow/blind), luring mobs or otherwise. - Don't excessively insult another player - Don't be racist - a country full of people can never be blamed for the actions of a minority. People are people. 5) Report bugs as soon as possible after finding one. Do not exploit bugs. 6) Ghostlord is in charge of the bans - When a GM is ingame he will try to keep people calm through warnings and the possible removing of PK mode. Warnings may also rarely be sent out through forum PM. If that isn't enough further action will be taken. You may ask for an explanation of your individual case as long as this is done in a respectful matter. 7) Be respectful to other players - even if they PK! 8) Devils are devils and humans are humans - they do not work together, they fight! 9) Any bans are between the player themselves and the gamemaster no one else - bans may be given if you try to protest someone elses ban. The GM's are not required to share evidence or proof. 10) Do not use anything that gives you unfair advantage over others (that adapt the client or add to its functionality) 11) Do not spam the forum with derogatory material - we have children playing soma 12) If you spot any serious bugs report to a gamemaster or advisor immediately - failure to do so may result in a suspension or ban. 13) You do not own spawn points any attempts to monopolise spawns continuously will result in suspensions. 14) Do not lure monsters into areas where you have a clear advantage. When you kill a monster in a hut or a house make sure the entrance is not blocked. Blocking the entrance will give you an advantage. 15) Do not offer or buy items or anything Soma related for real life money. How to report issues: For pressing issues please go to Ghostlord ingame. If they are not ingame set up a Private Message on the forum with the following information: - Which members of your staff will recieve your message - What kind of report is it (harassment, bug or otherwise) - What has occured - Who is the reported - Who is the victim - Who else was involved - Why should we act upon it - Proof - in the form of video preferably I've started working on a Q/A session for bots and multiple account rules. Feedback would be appreciated. FAQ: Q: Are bots legal to use? A: No. They give a clear advantage even when not AFK. Q: Am I allowed to be logged into multiple accounts from the same IP(location)? A: Yes, however this does mean that these accounts might get checked more often because they stand out. Q: I am using more than two accounts to transfer items in town. Is this ok? A: Generally yes, it because a problem when you actively play more than 2 accounts. This includes crafting, hunting and anything else that increases your character’s potential Q: Tools are legal to use. But what kind of tools can I use? A: It is ok to use macro’s and simple tools. Ie: Something that spams your mouse buttons. Something that helps you craft Q: When does a tool become a bot? A: Bots do multiple tasks for you. Not only will it craft for you but also run to the vendor and sell. Not only will it spam a mouse button but it will also move the mouse for you. Remark: Anything that has a complicated script or the ability to do more than one thing is generally out of line. Q: Where can I find legal tools? A: They are everywhere. The best known tool is Windows Click Lock. Other examples are simple clickers which are found on the internet everywhere. Q: How long am I banned for? Q: Can I be banned on my character for the actions of another? A: Yes, if you let other people play on your character YOU are responsible. Q: Can my main character be held responsible for things I have done on a newbie? A: Yes, if we find you are a repeat offender destined to try and break the system, we will act. Remark: If you are repeat offender who has had countless of characters banned we may be forced to work on a single strike policy for that person. Q: I am permanently banned. Can I get my character back? A: No. You have broken the rules too many times. Q: Am I allowed to let other people on my account? A: Yes, however you are doing so at your own risk. - If the other person breaks the rules on your character, it may be banned. - If the other person decides he likes your items, we will not return them. - If you lose control of your account, it is your responsibility. Q: Why are people allowed to have multiple people lvling their character? A: It is practically impossible to enforce a no-multi rule and it brings a lot of risks. Q: Why is a bot worse than sharing your account? A: Someone who uses a bot he or she can do so on multiple characters at once on one PC and this brings little to no risk other than recieving bans. Q: Can I gift guild village to other guilds to circumvent the percent system? A: No, you should not try to game the percentage system in any way, shape or form. Do you have any more questions? Generally macro's and bots don't give a real advantage other than making life easier (provided you are at your computer at all times). Rule 10 is more to do with client hacks or edits. Old examples that are long fixed are trace client, repair shop where ever you got, etc. [/quote]

All I've seen you do is having a 'preferred target' which'll always happen due to weaker targets run around. If you have any ideas for this 'stupid %' feel free to go to ideas / suggestions otherwise I don't see any issues here.
