Want more mats in abias? Show them!

It's currently a rat race within Abias to get materials i can stand there for 4 hours even waiting for random restocks to only get around about 5k materials which is about 5 runs at loom, many others in the same boat.

Please vote and let the GM's hear your voice.

My suggestion: X2 current materials and include orc metal to be use-able for accessory crafting, Any left over material from previous time are rolled over into new time.

I.E 2500 Linen at T8 nobody has taken (unlikely...) T9 2500 more linen is added therefore total is now 5000 and any remaining stock is completely rolled over through the times until bought.

A quick easy and fair change is that every day a person logs in they get a few tickets.

Each ticket can be exchanged for 10k of a certain material.

These materials(such as orc metal) will be exactly the same as normal but untradeable.

A player can log in every day and store their tickets over time.

This is a very fair system and encourages players to login each day.

As an added bonus the current mats system can also be left in place so that those who want to put extra effort into gaining mats are also rewarded for their persistence.

Or if you want more of a bottleneck (not sure what the rationale for this is?) just have a mat seller for all mats in every major town at the current restock rate.

If it including conti it would also be a little extra impetus to turn up to WoW.

Although I have to say that I do like the idea posted above.

Enable Youngdae in conti, his dialog text make it obvious he was meant to see materials (what is another question).

Better off having a 2nd NPC in another town to make it more shared / harder to horde.

Rolling mats over and adding them onto new restocks I’ve suggested countless times and it would help prevent wasted mats never being used +1 dea

Also there’s no reason for the npc mat shops to close at 22:00 so keeping them open will also help.

Just allow each player to get the full restock at every restock instead of whoever is quickest on the draw, a player would only store enough mats for a few days crafting at a time and this will cut down on the amount of wasted time on players already limited playing time.

Selling mats on castle map would be a massacre for human crafters, devils would lay in wait picking crafters off.

I opposed this for a very long time due to the game becoming to easy....

But now the crafting rates have doubled, UC seems to have picked up again also I think it’s time mats are looked at.

It’s in keeping with the amount of time people can put into the game again

I like the idea of having additional restocks.

HOWEVER, maybe make this a perk for winning WOTW, another incentive to get more people to attend so that their world gets the extra resources.

Angry

I'm appalled at your lack of respect for npcs... pold deserves a beer. And that's where he goes at 22:00 After a hard days graft

Good shout. Make it battle related. wotw or even ss? Or if a race wins both?

Thats a good suggestion. Can justify it in dialogue as a supply route being open.

+1 for that

Dont know about the location of the NPC though. If its in the castle, i'm sure there are going to be more than one devil logged permanently at the human NPC ^^

Unlimited materials.. Only harm is botters and people are doing that already.

When people crafted for profit, you might argue it'd be creating too much barr. But it's a money sink these days and that's what the game needs to make barr have any value at all.

The thing is most players only craft for the special repairs unlike on dsoma, it’s also what puts off a lot of dsoma players playing hsoma having to craft to have special repairs.

The levelling speeds have been increased to make it more enjoyable for casual players to play, the crafting rates have increased also but this has just made the need for mats more resulting in not enough mats to go around, higher restocks even unlimited restocks would allow players to get crafting over and done with much quicker cause let’s face it not everyone enjoys crafting like me ;)

It wouldn’t destroy the economy because players mostly just burn through mats asap to get it over with this results in the biggest barr sink for the game.

More players having the ability to special repair will have a positive impact on players enjoying this great game.
