More incentive to own the Guild Village.(Dsoma more than Hsoma?)

More incentives to win GVW on both worlds would be amazing(currently there's literally no point in trying to win Dsoma GV due to trace being so crappy for them because all there endgame mobs are close to warp points) before you start using this key bullshit word 'monopolize' to say i'm wrong as in "no that's a bad idea the top guilds will monopolize the GV benefits".

IN ANY MMO THE STRONGEST GUILD WHO HAS PUT IN THE MOST HOURS WILL WIN 'FORTRESS WARS' THEY WILL ALSO DOMINATE MOST BOSSES IN A OPEN WORLD PvP SANDBOX GAME UNTIL OTHERS CATCH UP TO THEM -

i'll give you a example a MMO called DarkFall Unholy Wars which has PvP full loot features and castle's/hamlet's to control and fight for with Guild's/Alliance's(with a small userbase around 500-1000 on EU. SUN the top guild on the server at the end of 2013 had a huge monopoly owning whole continents and over 20+ holdings controlling boss spawns etc etc. There were people obviously complaining on the forums, the usercount lowered a bit /people were unsubbing, the small indie company Aventurine was therefore loosing money but Aventurine never got involved with server politics. About 2 months ago the other Guilds on the server caught up in stats etc formed a alliance and finally shat all over SUN leaving them with just one holding left a shitty hamlet. (this game also has a big grind like Soma where you have to hit monsters for str/dex/int/wis meaning the more hours you put in the better you character is and there's a stat cap but it's more skill based orientated.)

This is why server politics should NEVER EVER be policed/tampered with or the word 'monopolizing' used a argument to not create more incentives to owning the Guild Village, the casual will catch up in time if there's a lvl/stat cap :).

Anyway to the idea's -

for example having a map the guild village owners can enter say every 24 hours? Similar to GDG where they have to open boxes/fight off monsters to get to another level to fight the big bad bosses ^_^.

Or another idea where the guild takes a % of taxes from the others using shops to buy pots etc, the owners could also take a % of barr when people sell items to npcs. Which would go straight into the guild stash.

Also crafting npc's which sell vasts amount of material's.

Anyone else have any idea's ?

Lol, mirin the amount of effort you've put in to try stop the 'monopolize' cry. It's a shame tbh.

Although maybe this thread is a bit premature, this discussion should appear in the next few months when more people are hitting that desired lvl100, when people are bored out of their skull and need some inspiration.
