I done some calculating and came up with this.
It will take 62% to get from 100-116 int at lvl 120. Calculated from 100 - 156 including slows but I cant remember all the individual slow downs. Cba to do it again right now. But for reference from 100 - 156 int using experience of a lvl 120 it was 280% so your looking at just under 3 levels for that 56 int.

at level 118 from 70 int to 90 int took around 28%
at 90+ int it takes roughly 0.30% per 0.1 int |
