So basically, if a player who is 20 levels lower duels someone outside their threshold once the duel starts it allows anyone and everyone to player kill... tested this with Tongskie and Yoichi both of whom were able to murder me once I was in duel mode and had hit one of them once. This resulted in penalty for me too as it didn't use the resi scrolls I had.
