No skill gained via healing - am I missing something

TIBI	Spent 30 minutes healing using Hard Club-M... not in freemode and don't have any of the skills locked. Gained nothing... Fireballed for a tiny bit and gained 0.1 almost immediately and then a further 0.1 about 15 hits later... Am I doing something wrong, am I bugged, is it an issue with heal or what... FLICKTHEBEAN	Healing was hardcapped by finito at some point. No skill gain was a related bug(?) that came in at that time. JET_LI	Wrong, not so long ago on a char with 120 int I was gaining spear skill using -M tag, 3 or 4 months ago, so unless its been fixed, should still work.
