are not 9%~9%, so they are not affected like that.
Kinda bs tho considering you add ct to a magic earring and gives +2~2 ma, not 2-0. Should all work same

Someone told me before to just go by the 1st number, I would hope so.

re: top boots at 6%-5% they will always be 6% minimum...so ye .. it's safe to do them
think they go 7%- 5% at +2... but will be 7% all the time, as the first number is a minimum ...

Incorrect.

Finito confirmed when the min is higher than the max, they swap around.

So it's 5~6% (or 5~7% at +2). Basically, there's no point upping it further, it'll just be a waste of DPs.

Is this the same for say ma parts eg:
Ma of 300~400 add in a 9~3 ear would it not just become 309~403?

If you're lucky find might fix this? Hes done it in the past with other accessories I believe? Seems daft that it doesn't work, it's only hitting lower level folk I would guess as most would still use the blue boots wouldn't they?

Surely can't be too much of a fix, to make it take the minimum value as the actual minimum.

Have the GM’s given a reason they won’t fix that? Seems kinda harsh.

I understand them not intervening in certain circumstances but clearly that was a GM item implementation error, then the player is punished for it?

A +5 dex ear isn’t the cheapest/easiest thing to make either, just my take on it.
