Will cap be raised?

Author Content Date
Agreed would just involve a new npc or a current one could also branch it to a conti line aswell to give it another reason to want to win

Ffs have we not all played soma long enough to know only thing to do is farm/pvp at level cap? Until cap raised, and has been stated loads of times it's not getting raised for awhile.

Don't understand why people rush knowing there little to do at cap?

"ISYLVER"Threads like these are why you won't get any more content.

As for the rumours of soul ring abuse. We removed every soul ring after the bug occured as it was too early for anyone to get.

As for pilots - I don't care, it's a waste of money in my eyes.

The cap will be raised when enough people from a varied pool hit the cap. Those who pay pilots to level their character are only speeding up the inevitable drawn out process at cap (keep in mind people pay them and are still nowhere near the top percentile of players).

''the cap wil be raised ..when............. '' So..ye the cap will be raised . More chance if we all stop bickering, moaning..and try live a little more harmoniously.. less complaints.... and more <3 in the game :)

"GHOSTLORD"We will be aiming for more lvl 100 content soon. It's just a matter of so many things to do.

We should look at making content towards the majority of players probably between 50-80, even looking to encourage to large amounts of people who gradually drift away back into the game with appropriate content. By all means make content for level 100s. But it is a very unproductive way of spending GM time for only 2 people when there is a much larger playerbase playing (And not playing, probably 100+ people combined) with a thirst for new content.

I agree that lvl 100 content should only be put in when enough people are ready to benefit from it, not just 1-2 people

There should always be content for a player to enjoy regardless of level.

If there's 30 players willing to return for 10-20 levels because of content added or there's 1-5 level 100's to continue playing, which would you chose? Everyone knew the level cap wasn't being raised for a long time and they knew there was nothing to do at level 100, at the end of the day if you've put in the effort to get to level 100 you will always return once there is content for level 100.

If the game is for everyone then there should be something for everyone to do, that's just simply how I see it.

I agree but with the time limitations on finito and isylver i'd say cater for the majority before the minority, especially when they knew what would happen when they capped early

If there was enough content to reach cap without destroying your character, we might've seen a few more level 100s by now.

Time limitations or unwillingness? Which is it? I agree with catering for the minority, especially new players as the game doesn't give any direction and your lost unless you know someone from level 1.

I also agree with Carn that there should always be something for someone to do and with the majority of small changes required that the community as a whole wanted to see (as per poll) to make the game more fun/interesting haven't been made - without playing armchair GM, they are small changes to make that do not require alot of time.

As I read in another thread, the plea for changes eventually turns into frustration at which point the GMs decide to respond and take offence, seems the general jist of things.

~edit~ the above wasn't a dig btw.

Both.

+ spending time sorting out bugs, hacks, cheaters etc = no time for soma.

However, in the case of myself. It's 90% time constraints.
