CON Training

Quick question if I may, didn't find any other threads with a solid answer.

So what's the deal with training CON? Is there any faster way to train it than punching brics? Also should I just stick to brics or should I move onto bigger monsters?

Also to be sure, does training CON at any time make a difference? I heard that training CON at lvl 1 or 50 will still give you same HP gains. Is that true?

Any answers are much appreciated :)

At the moment your HP is calculated each level. If you enter a new con tier (every 4) you get a bonus. This bonus also includes any gains you would have normally missed on esoma. So basicly you can do con whenever you want. This also means you can mix str and int lvls because MP is calculated too.

Con gains are based on number of punches, so no it doesn't really matter what mob you do it on. Mobs with high hp and low XP gains are preffered. However, since there's no practically no lvl cap there's not a real downside from 'wasting' XP. In fact, it only means more HP.

What a wonderful answer, Thank you! I love you.

Edit: Also, in the FAQS section under Character Stats it says that:

"Con is important as it determines your hp regn, base hp stamina, and bagweight gains when you gain a level. The sooner you get a high con, the more you'll benefit from it in the long run."

That's where I got confused, so you may wanna change that if you can. Anyways thanks again :D

Technically you still benefit from it in the long run because you'll have more hp early to hunt with :)

So, a magic user and a melee user have exactly the same HP, if they have exact same Con and are same level? Or is strength/dex somewhere in the bonus calculation?

On a side note, how does bag weight work? I don't seem to be getting any from crafting, is it all based on level/con now or something?

HP is calculated by CON, STR, DEX, INT and WIS, in order of how much it does. Someone with the same stats and lvl will have the same HP, have slightly different stats and your HP will differ.

Bag weight should add from crafting as normal.
