Improvements to Guild Village & GVW:

I think a few changes to the guild village and the guild village war might work well for the server. So here are some suggestions:

1. Grant rested regen same as town inside the guild hut.
2. New NPCs for restock - adds extra incentive for more guilds to fight for ownership of GVW.
3. Fix the ‘Ally’ button to make formal alliances and make ‘allied’ guilds lose percent at 2.5% rate per GVW too.
4. Make changes to the crafting stations in guild village.
5. Make the inside of the guild village area a no-PK zone or drastically improve the damage that the Guild Village stone guards can do to any would-be attackers.
6. Have the guild village stone guards recognise guild members so they don’t get hit even if devil moral.

If you could cascade the effects other than trace, onto the allied guilds, like craft stations or npc or whatever then it would maybe get the allies to actually do this and take the hit of the % rather than just helping and not allying

Would also bring in other guilds that just want to win, but as others have said in past 'neutral' guilds get classified by who they attack because people dont have the mentality to realise gvw is friendly pvp, maybe if repercussions to those guilds wasnt carried to outside of gvw more would attend

Guild village should be a viable town for the owner.

No access to any other guilds (except for specified allies). Move stone guards to the gate, and have the increased attack so they kill other players on entry.

Make it so the guild members and allies warp into the village when they own it.

The village should have a restock station.

The village should probably have something like a big bertha spawn once per day.

There needs to be a GENUINE reason to own the GV, because currently the biggest allegiance in Hsoma doesn't even bother turning up. If you put a boss in there, I can guarantee some of those alliances will start to break down.
