1016+ damage in one hit?

ROCH	"PROWLER"Ok, so a lucky PROC activation could create a 1000+ damage hit without weaken. In Sub's case, he may well have used an aura to get past the evasion and/or he may have just beaten the 1% (either is possible) ... but, it was definitely "one hit". My thoughts, at the time, were limited to a single word ... "Jesus". It was GVW, I don't know of that makes a difference? Jac Edit, sorry, forgot the STR, 200 What weapon was he using? REMASTERED	Can low lvl chars be pked by capped chars? I thought there was a system in place so ppl couldn't grief noobs that can't fight back? PROWLER	"ROCH" What weapon was he using? I don't know but I "think" it was either a sword or a club (I saw the character swing). I am pretty sure Subxero will remember it .... The room was virtually empty, I was on the stone alone. A mage (single) was trying to lure me off with a ranged attack that was one pace greater than an arrow can fire (light sword)? Someone was trying to hit (pretty sure that was a Korean) and gave up. Subxero came in by himself, ran right up to me, paused, then .... "splat" - one hit and I am eating grey concrete. I assumed he was preparing a weapon, clicking a different aura (or something) but, it could have been a moment of lag .... FREQUENCY	Monsterman for a dexy char thornified quite useless. Unsure how sub even landed a hit on prowler as i mean he barely has 150 dex. How he would do 1k+ dmg in 1 hit is impossible for any melee char. I cant think of anything that would allow that char to kill you fast 4th knuck would hit but no other hit would land. There were two people that “one hit” me on full health (1016 HP) … Subxero Route66 On the stone at GVW (early) with full evasion, Subxero “presented himself” and I was mullered with a single hit. It was a melee attack and did 1016+ damage At Merc trolls, Route66 also “presented himself” and attempted a “Mage” attack. He used Stone/Weak/INT. I saw him arriving and moved to an open space, I was carrying forest water and was able to remove weak immediately. Potting against the INT while stoned was easy. While not stoned, he was filled with arrows in the face and he could not cast. Stalemate. However, he paused for a moment (possibly changing gear) then stoned, then cast “something” (no weak) and did 1016+ damage in a single hit. How did these people do it?
