Something I suggested a while back, make rested a more powerful suppliment.
Increase the total amount of rested that you can gain by allot (or have it consumed slower)
Have rested "tiers", 0-25% x1. 5, 25-50% x2, 50-75% 2.5%, 75-100% x3.
Have it increase drops & barr too (x1. 2, x1.5, x1. 75, x2) (or maybe decreased, as to reward more active players?)
Rested gains faster at low tiers, but slower as you get up the tiers, allowing players who don't have allot of time for the game to catchup, but still allowing active players to benefit from rested.
Following from Sub's idea, gain rested whilst on freemode.
Rewards for highly active players, dailies giving rested pots maybe?
Also rested pots being slightly more powerful as it seems they weren't designed while lvl 110+ was about.
