Some pretty good ideas here, I'm presuming most would be wanting a removal of the immunity system alongside these suggestions?

One thing I don't agree with is removal of a players PK due to negative points. I don't think a player should ever have PK removed, PVP is literally the only reason the majority of people play the game, it will only reduce UC.

I understand that, i thought of it as long as you dont grief someone relentlessly or just constantly pking low levels you should never go into negative points

The system could be tweaked in a way to find a balance between whats classed as pking to over pking the same person/low levels which then boardalines harassment, and it becomes a case of pk goes off for everyone, or someone ends up banned (which id rather the person being silly lose out instead of everyone)

Whole guilds target 1 person every single hour, so a pk penalty would never work. Most of D/L are bikes and will just jump on another char. 2 kill that same person.
Immunity has to stay or many will leave.
The whole thread is a bad idea if it includes removing immunity.
Elder Mags are the only normal mob that drop the top tag weapons. If Devs have Conti and there is no immunity then Mags would not be able to be farmed by many players, thus making the top players even stronger, basically controlling the game.
Immunity removed = Bye bye many players.

With a pvp point system, if a players been pked a few times already, they could be only worth negative points for abit, so they could still be pked but the pker would be losing pvp points for it(the more there pked each time the amount of negative points would increase)

(only issue then would be how to tell when someones going to give negative points)

I see this as a way to stop ppl abusing immunity, and then a choice for the pker to kill said player again with negative points attacted to it

(Weather it would have the desired effect o curb constant grief or not could only tell with time)

@Kazoku sadly mate not everyone is as reasonable as you and expecting others, especially some MOS players to respect the system you suggest won’t happen, it would just be abused imo. Many will just revel in pushing others out the game. It’s a can of worms. Sorry it’s not a constructive comment but you gotta be realistic here.

Be a good idea for one off PKs but would probably put an end to PK wars. 10-10 doesnt sound a lot but it makes a fair difference.

Why not let the player decide if it wants to be pk'd I.e /freemode /pkoff make so no clowns can abuse it.
Make it so if you if you turn it on /pkon it has to stay on till next t0? If you pk you have 3 hours of it.
If you choose never to turn on so be it.

this will stop the foolish comments in game and some might start to show respect for people to pk
as this is getting out of hand.It will also stop people busting dans chop's.

I just think its a good way forward that's all. We can go mags for 3 hours if we* please, and pk for 3-6-9

Mass pk's can still be arranged,

6 people at gorshuk all on me, died ofc :p was told die bitch close to home as 9 months ago I nearly did.

Some moan about pk off and I say lol them as most log on to farm and the numbers are on,
The more numbers the more pk because atm games got its packs of dogs chasing what? 6 to 8 going for 1 kill and them world shouts over it as was such an achievement lol, this would also stop people being driven off game as many have,

This wont affect daily pkr's but it will protect them that 1 don't pk like pk I luv a pk if fair numbers if this is in game I can decide if numbers are fair and do it, hope some of you like this idea but its soma :/ when pk is off its funny how nce all are to each other, this would work to be fair :)

another idea might be to give a guild leader the option for his or her guild members to be a 'pk free' or neutral guild..
make it so it has to be for a minimum period of time and members can't hop in and out willy nilly.
ye ye care bear maybe.. but might encourage some lower lev players to invest some more time playing in a pk free safe guild..
let's be honest.. its been discussed for months and years and the current system as flawed as it is..is the best option available.
another idea.. make the death drops unequipables only... so u cant lose ur hard earned armours/weps/rings etc ..
it's ok to say just use rezzies .. lag/ fuk up/ wotever... stuff can and does get dropped.

or through guild leader is good, If your not in a guild you simply cant pk end of story, but I do think a guild leader or individually this would revive some of the game. and force some of this toxic community to play nice, and lets face it a move like this has to be done I think.

+1 to tich's idea, some thing should happen as i do think theres alot more pve players than pvp on here that do need protection.

also Lupi i dont even think dropping items should be a thing, the only way somebody is going to drop items is through crashing and being greiffed or being greiffed afk or what ever. To lose items that are so hard to get in the first place is way too harsh, surely death penalty at 10% is penalty enough.

I don't PK. Anyone who is familiar with me will know this.

I could care less about my PK ratio.

Folks who kill me are just padding their ratio which is sad but expected.

I am not for removing PK immunity unless it is replaced by an opt in / opt out system more reflective of the players goals ingame. Removal without replacement will lead to constant harassment as was the case prior to immunity, speaking from experience.

Not pk but if the gm's are at all looking at this thread I think the GVW change is a great addition for pvp in general.

If u opt out of PK should be a loss of % in drops while u choose this and normal if u are enabled to PK or be Pked.

Or raise drops x2 for those in PK and those not leave as it is?..

PK being Pked or the PKer needs its reward
