toggle Name of dropped items

the current update is superb; however i feel the togglename for NPCs and mobs is slightly wasted, except in cases where boss mob looks like regular i..e. warban warrior, but something that would be super duper useful would be toggling the name of dropped items, that way you can never miss a good drop, which lets face it, does happen more often than not, especially in places like VoD - i almost missed 2 sd's because of the contrast and the fact that sometimes mobs drop items behind constructs.

thoughts?

Diablo 2 used to have "press and hold alt" to see item names, used to like that, not sure if that's doable here if you use the .ini to set them?

im guessing if you can toggle mob name on and off, it would also be an option - and i'm not sure of the back end, but it would show you only your own drops, not all drops across the land?

If it is supported by a server side change also then yes it could be filtered so it doesn't show drops you cannot pickup. Otherwise if it is client side it will just show for everything that you can see.

I guess a "simple" fix which wouldn't bother all players is if drops can be mentioned in chat, like when you pick something up it saus you picked up, when you drop something it says you dropped. So if your mob can show drops in chat, you'd be less likely to misd something.
