No level of poison shows damage on the monster apart from the initial hit. The poison ticks will not dynamically update the HP bar to show the monster's remaining health.

It does however deal damage over time, you just need to hit the monster to update the HP bar.

Best way to test this is to cast level3/4 poison and keep casting weaken or slow to 'refresh' the HP bar. You will see that it is actually being hurt, this is the same with all levels of poison, not just level 3/4.

No poison won't kill a mob, only the initial hit if the mob is low enought hp

Level 4 poison doesn't damage mobs over time. Have tested this by casting initially and then weakening repeatedly. Level 4 only damages mobs with the initial hit :( would love this to be fixed.

I'm the only one ingame with level 4 poison. I'll happily party someone and demonstrate so they can see a mobs hp.

I think the problem here is just the fact that NPC health bars do not update for damage over time done via poison. Need to change it so that there is state there to know who poisoned the NPC so that can send the health update to the correct client.

Edit: Confirmed level 3 and 4 poison does not damage NPC. Looking into why.

Edit2: The bug is stupid the reason level 3 and 4 do not work is because their magic ids are not divisable by 3. The server is supposed to be dividing the interval time between each poison damage but it is dividing the magic id instead.

;o thanks for the response. Is it a simple enough fix to register interval time instead of damage id?
