So I've done a fair bit of research already but I was looking for a rough idea on a few things regarding a Human char..

I'm only 18 atm and have mostly been leveling Con (24.1) in the starting area punching any bugs I found being tanked.

If I'm trying to aim for a fairly solid char at max I understand I need to try aim for 30 con, 100 int and around 150 / 170 dex / str from what I've read, however.. are there any tips to achieve this? I see people seemingly auto-healing in towns to boost Int, I seem to just run out of mana constantly and burn through pots at light speed. Is there something I'm missing or is there another 'good' way to level Int? (Currently 26.6)

Also weapon wise, I only really see Knuck, Axe and Bow being recommended for melle builds, is there a reason Sword / Spear dont get any love? I think I remember Sword being pretty popular way back in the day!

So with that info above, would anyone have a simple step by step recommendation for what to do next, and gear to look for as I go? just to re-clarify current stats:

Level 18
27.6 str
26.6 int
28.2 dex
20.6 wis
24.1 con

15 staff skill ( I thought the rapid mana regen aura may help heal spamming)
26 bow skill.

Thanks in advance for anyone that replies!

I'm not much for hsoma (iplay devil) but you can now hunt anything so long as you don't go more than 10str above the mobs str I believe, and still get maximum gains until 83str, after that there is a 'perfect route' to gain max stats
If you search the mobs on this site it gives you their str etc so you can gauge where to head

There are guides that others might be able to link for you to make it easier, generally everyone goes bow for a long while as it returns maximum gains more or less

Hopefully other human chars can fill in the rest :)

Yes, you go to the anvil and adds the piece you want to upgrade and the upgrade tab you want to use (drugs in this case)
Until +2 on each piece is guaranteed, after that you need luck on your side, if the upgrade fails it breaks your item
Some upgrades require craft skill to use but drugs doesn't so you should be ok

Thanks! Also, does a higher rank heal cost less mana? If so where can I get the spirit dust etc to rank it up, max rank is 4 right?

I made this manual that replaces the ingame ctrl + H, or you can open it in notepad and view it that way. It has a lot of answers to your questions. Higher rank costs the same amount of mana i believe but the higher ranks allow for more healing and range. Forum PM me if you have any questions :)

Level 4 is top but costs a large diamond which is VERY expensive for a new player
Spirit powder gets you level 3 which is where most stay for healing
More common, some generous people might give you one for free
