suggestion ..

1. Raven already does events.. give him powers to do a boss spawn 2-3 times a week.. he's trustworthy guy ..and gm's give him some items to give out prizes for his events, which could become a regular thing if he can fit in the time to organise them.. maybe items that are fairly hefty and will draw more of an attendance of more players
2. Fox does his fancy new maps... don't know much about that, but looks like hard work.. let him carry on that work..and be forum mod.. he's usually around a fair bit.. he can keep an eye on any bs forum wise....
3. Lyon.. usually ingame quite a bit more than 1. and 2. above .. he can keep an eye on bs talk in wc and maybe do shout bans for an hour or 2 and report anything seriously bad to gms....

Also. regarding events... could start a forum thread with ideas from everyone as to what kind of events they would like to see, and have an open discussion on stuff like that....

Also.. ive seen comments made about some players using '' trace clients' and other possibly cheaty type shennanigans.. it would be good if we had someone who knows about and can spot this kinda stuff.. with the ability to video and send in reports to the gm's....

Personally.. all the above sounds decent.. would like to see more of the GM's too.. The immunity pots could become a thing for the donation store if balanced and thought out.. maybe some more donation items that become sought after would give a boost.. both to players and GM incentive..
perhaps another idea for the community to think about..what items could be added there.

perhaps x

Or create 1 char with mod level abilities and give the select people access, that way nobody knows who is on it so no comeback

The way that “Wizards of the Coast” administrate moderators is;

• Volunteer moderators are given a new character and new name (in addition to their in-game character)

• In-game moderators have their own “live” room (or area, like an island off the coast of TYT) where they can talk/chat/exchange notes

• There is a “warn” database. This is a database accessible only to moderators (and above) with the player names and details of any warnings issued

• Moderators are required to take a screenshot before they issue a “warn”

• Moderators can check the “warn database” before they issue a warning (3 strike rule etc.)

• Moderators update the “warn database” each time they take an action

• For any “offence” that exceeds the remit of a moderator, a screenshot and report is submitted to the team supervisor (this is an employee, not a volunteer)

• The maximum penalty that a moderator can issue is a 24 hour ban pending a decision by the company (the team supervisor)

• If a moderators identity becomes known (doesn’t matter how it becomes known) the moderator is removed (to preserve the integrity of the game play)

This method ensures that Wizards of the Coast have details (and a screenshot) of every “offence”. Their own employee (supervisor) deals with complaints from people who believe they have been unfairly treated by a moderator.

It would be entirely possible to follow a simplified version of this with bespoke rules for Soma.

Hope it’s helpful.
