I think that having a form system on the website, allowing players to select who it is they are reporting from a drop down menu, and choose what issue they are reporting from a similar drop down menu, would be highly beneficial in terms of allowing GMs and potentially our new moderators to take swifter and more efficient action on rule breakers. Bans really shouldn't be permanent either. Short of continued harassment, bans should be days or weeks, not forever. Even botters should simply have all their items deleted and allowed to continue as normal.
